Coaching & TherapyFor people carrying the pain they’ve never quite been able to put down.
Some people come to me knowing exactly why they are the way they are and still can’t change it. Others come carrying pain they’ve never properly addressed: a tough relationship, a childhood wound they’re still living with, or a heaviness that they can’t put words to.
I help adults understand themselves more deeply and change this.
Therapy gives you the why.
Coaching gives you the what next.
I give you both, in the same room.
Who I work with
People who are tired of just getting through it.
My clients are usually still functioning but something isn't right. Something happened, or something has been building for a long time, and the usual ways of coping aren't working anymore.
My clients aren't struggling to understand themselves. They're struggling to change. That's the gap I work in.
What they are thinking:
“I just want to feel okay again.”
“I've been carrying this for so long I don't know how to put it down.”
“What if I know better and still can't change?”
“What if I end up in another relationship where I lose myself?”
What they want
Not just insight. A different life.
The people I work with aren't looking for more self-awareness. They want that awareness to actually change something.

WHY I DO THIS WORKI know what it means to carry something
you can’t put down.
I've navigated grief, the end of relationships that mattered deeply, and the kind of failure that makes you question who you are. I know what it's like to be functioning on the outside while something is quietly falling apart underneath. I also know what it feels like when that finally starts to shift.
That experience doesn't make me your therapist's therapist. But it does mean I understand the territory. I've done my own work — and I'm still doing it. That's what makes it possible to sit with someone else in theirs without flinching, rushing, or offering easy answers.
I trained across therapy, coaching, trauma-informed practice and EMDR because I wanted to bring the right thing to what each person is actually dealing with — not just one approach applied to everything. The work is always led by you.
Why my approach works
Most therapy helps you understand yourself. Most coaching helps you perform better. I do both, because insight without action keeps you stuck, and action without depth keeps you repeating.
-
A space where you can be honest
Most people have never had a safe space where they can say everything without being judged. That's what I create. The honesty is usually where the real work begins.
-
Understanding that goes to the root
Most people struggling with pain have been treating the surface. We go beneath it to where it actually comes from, what it's connected to, and why it keeps showing up.
-
Depth with direction
We don't just talk about what hurts. Insight matters but so does knowing what to do with it. You'll leave sessions with something real to take into your life, not just things to think about.
-
Change that's actually yours
The goal isn't for you to need me forever. It's for you to build self-trust, respond differently, and carry something forward that stays with you long after our sessions end. You do the work. I help you find the way in.
The work speaks for itself.
